Access your OmbudSRA client dashboard using the email address you used when submitting your complaint details.

Short answer: Client login is for people who have already started or submitted an OmbudSRA complaint preparation request.

How to log in

Go to the homepage and use Client login, then enter the same email address used for your submission.

The dashboard shows case information stored for your submission and document preparation workflow.

Email hello@ombudsra.co.uk if you cannot access your dashboard or used the wrong email address.
